2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting information, or enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

3. Scope of Services

Little Executives Preschool provides early childhood education and care programs in Miami, Florida, including but not limited to:

     • Infant and Toddler Care

     • PreK-2 Learning Program

     • PreK-3 Learning Program

     • Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) Program

All programs are subject to availability, enrollment agreements, and applicable Florida state licensing requirements.

4. Enrollment and Scheduling

All enrollment inquiries and tour requests are based on information provided at the time of initial contact, may be subject to availability and waitlist placement, and are non-binding until a written enrollment agreement is signed. Program placement is subject to age eligibility and program capacity.

5. Payment Terms

Tuition and fee terms will be clearly outlined in each enrollment agreement. Payment schedules, late fees, and refund policies will be specified in the agreement. Failure to maintain timely payment may result in enrollment suspension as permitted by applicable law.

6. Scheduling and Closures

School operations may be affected by Florida state-observed holidays, weather events or declared emergencies, facility maintenance, regulatory inspections, or acts outside our reasonable control. Little Executives Preschool is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional educational or childcare advice. An enrollment assessment is required to determine appropriate program placement.

8. SMS Messaging Program

Little Executives Preschool operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with parents, guardians, and prospective families. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages including enrollment reminders, appointment confirmations, school updates, event notifications, and program information.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP"; to 305-848-9988.

After you send the SMS message "STOP"; to us, we will send you an SMS message

to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer

receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you

did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with

the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at

littleexecutivespreschool@gmail.com or 305-848-9988.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your

interaction with our school. Contact your wireless provider for plan questions.

SMS Use Cases

Parents and guardians who opt in may receive messages including:

     • Tour and appointment confirmations and reminders

     • Enrollment status and program updates

     • School event and activity notifications

     • School closure or schedule change alerts

     • Customer care responses

     • Occasional promotional communications about programs and events

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of enrollment or use of our services.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Age Restriction

By using this website or opting into our SMS messaging program, you represent

and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years

old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

All enrollment inquiries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Limitation of Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Little Executives Preschool is not liable for any delays or failures in receipt of SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Executives Preschool shall not be liable for indirect,

incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, service interruptions,

regulatory changes, or acts outside our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, photographs, text, and design elements are the property of Little Executives Preschool and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt website functionality, use this site for unlawful purposes, or transmit malicious software. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
